SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx ground service. 

Most orders ship within 2 weeks.  The in-transit times are 2 to 3 days on orders shipped from our facility to most of your locations.

Our goods ship from our warehouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

WHAT IS THE THE RETURN POLICY?

RA's must be requested within 30 days of invoice and product must be in unused condition. 

HOW DO I OBTAIN AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION#?

You can start a return by going to our Return Center and following the instructions there.
